Electrical F250 Diesel

My 2011 F250 Diesel, trailer brake issue. If I use the built-in brake controller the trailer brakes work fine but they don't work if press on the brake pedal. If there a separate fuse? I don't have the fuse layout description. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
If someone could send me the fuse description.

Ok. I found out that the brake pedal activates a variable resistor, the more your push the harder the brake is applied. On the after market units, as soon as you touch the brake pedal the controller is activated (to whatever the setting is).

I love my Ford
