Good find Dwayne, thanks for posting it up.

Be interesting to see what happens with Raptor sales, no more limited production ,Ford's making as many as they can sell from what I've gathered in various news blurbs.

Apparently you can also walk into any dealer and order, doesn't have to be an SVT dealer.

Jury is still out for me, I'm not interested in the least, glad I got the last year of the first generation.

Yea, Raptors are definitely going to be more available.
I'm still not sold on the new F150s.
Don't get me wrong...they are nice...I am just slow accepting the change I guess.
Lots of traded in 2014s on the lots up for grabs :grin2:

Wow seems like a pretty fair price for a Raptor. Hopefully it's true.

Fair price maybe, but a comparable 2017 outfitted with the same options as to what I have, prices out about $10k higher than where I was in 2014.

Glad I got when the getting was good. lol

Ya but the new ones have a lot of different, and some might say better (minus the ecoboost), options for that $10K.

So what you are saying is...the 2017 Raptors are obviously way better than the 2014's? *stirring the pot* :wink2:

Better, worse, its all subjective, I am glad to see the nameplate still around, and it still maintains its appeal IMO.

There was some debate on whether or not it would even return in the three years between generations.

I'm not really sure what is offered up in the different packages, I've seen some other forums talking about carbon fibre bits in the interior, and a "tangerine" option for seat trim and stitching, no idea what that looks like.

I'm also glad to see it offered at any Ford dealership, that should (hopefully) squash any inflated prices due to limited availability.

On a side note, I just got my SVT certificate for the 2014, and compared the numbers to the one I got for the 2011.

Interesting to see that total production in 2011 was something like 11,500, and total production in 2014 was more than double that, at 24,000+.

I think that as a "niche" market truck, it was far more popular than Ford figured it would be, I'm curious to see how the new model year numbers work out with better availabilty.

And, Mr Shit Disturber, the 2014 will always be better in my books. lol
