HP & Torque Differences

What are the HP & Torque differences between a 4.6L & 5.4L 2004 trucks??? If i installed a CAI, Exhaust system and Programmer on my 4.6L would it be as strong as a stock 5.4L???

The current 2V 4.6L has 248hp and 294 torque. The 3V 5.4 has 300hp and 365 torque. With exhaust, CAI and a programmer you might be able to put out 300hp but it depends on which, CAI, exhaust system and which programmer you go with.
