2003 F150 FX4 question

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for some input about the '03 FX4's. I know it comes with the 5.4L 260hp which is a bit less hp then the current 5.4L but I heard that the previous body style is lighter then the current body styles for the truck and therefore you can't really tell the difference...not sure how true that is. Is there anyone on here with a '03 FX4 ?

I had an '03 FX4 but I had the 4.6L, so I can't make a decent comparison. Are you talking crew or extenda?

I have 03 FX4 Supercrew, I think the 5.4L is good, has plenty torque. I can spin my 315/75/16s all day long. I believe they are 500 pounds or so lighter then the 04+
