Took about 20min to put in the new lights. They are factory ford lights so they went in really nice. Its probably took longer to transfer bulbs from one to the other than anything else lol.

Well I managed to get over to the shop and pick up the new pocket flares for my truck and of course i had to snap some pics before and after. When they told my about taking them off they said that the factory ones were put on with some push pins and 3m tape, but it had little tabs all the way around. As you will see in the pics.

After taking off the factory flares

A closer pic of all the holes in the fender from the factory flares.

Now for the pics after we got them all on. The back ones took a little bit to get the brackets lined up but it all turned out well.

I think they definately give the truck a meaner look than the factory flares. We also picked up my new SSBC slotted rotors and pick up the new rims and tires in the morning. So by tommorow night it will look like a whole new truck.

Rims, tires, and the slotted rotors are tommorow. Then i think the truck is going to take a break. Although i may slowly get parts together for the possible turbo kit.

Turbo kit?
What are you looking at????

Well im looking into the possibility of making a remote mount turbo kit. Im probably gonna see about getting a masterpower t70. Right now the hardest part is looking like it would be running the intake back to throttle body as its a pretty tight fit everywheres. The rest looks pretty easy.

That is allots of work
Changing heathers all the intake work cooler
I can see this would be a good challenge

Well i dont really need to change the headers. Although i do have a set of pace setters i wanna get put in. Most of it is easier than you would think. The turbo is going to be remote mounted so it will be just after the Y-pipe where there is alot of room. So the exhaust would be pretty easy to take care of. I am going to probably run the air filter to the box of the truck and make a little intake in the box so it wont take on any water or anything. The only other challenge is going to be running an oil line to the turbo.
