Bulb Question

Does anyone know what type of bulb is used in an '08 Ranger for the back-up lights? It's pouring rain, so I thought it might be easier to ask on here...LOL

WOW...thanks for the info. Did you just have that sitting around or do a search...LOL. According to my manual reverse lights are 3155's.

Did they change a light in 08 from 06?
That was from 06

They must have changed some of them. That would explain all the different results I was finding on the net.

Those lights are pretty sweet, how much extra light does it put out? 10x 20x more?

I am not sure of the exact output. I am just looking for a "whiter" light to match LEDs in my tailgate lightbar. See pic below
