Anyone out there have an 08 Diesel that can pass on their fuel mileage stats. I get about 12 in town and close to 18 on the highway empty. I'm at the point where I'm seriously looking for an older Diesel and getting rid of this truck. It's the best truck I've owned(options and performance) and the worst(mileage). I bought a Hypertech Max Econ and city improved to 14 but highway never changed.

It takes about 2 to 4 weeks to see change, how long you had it for?

I've had it a year. It has 15K on it. It runs perfect with tons of power. Even in stock form.

Hey Paul and Blair. Looking fwd to seeing you guys again. Hope to be here when the next get together comes up.
News. Margs health is holding, barely. Having therapy at the Glenrose. Gave up believing in god since this started.
Putting my truck up for sale as going to use the money to help buy a house in Ontario. Hard cause I already own it outright. May buy a Diesel Excursion eventually.Definitely gonna be an older Diesel with no DPF on the exhaust. My sister is flying here in late July to help get the house ready for sale. Other than that everything is just great.
Don't know about actual mileage but I have been getting about 19.5-20 mpg on the highway IF I don't break 110 kph. Worked out to about 850-900 kms on a tank coming back to Edmonton from Vancouver.
I have an 08 F-350

I've never gotten over 600k per tank highway. Decided to keep the truck though. Lose too much if I sell it. Praying for better mileage though.
I have been getting horrible milage running around town but had a good highway trip and it was getting almost as good as my buddys 07 dodge cummins 5.9l 12l per 100 km doing the speed limit just broke the 1000 km mark just used cruiseat 108kmh

I have about 1500k on my 6.4l and averaging 13-14 mpg city, 16-18 on the highway if I stay around 110 kph.
Question: The MPG rating on our Canadian displays, is it miles per Canadian gallon, or miles per American gallon. I noticed one day that our vehicle MPG ratings were higher than same US vehicles.

I'm jealous of those numbers.

ive had mine for over a year now and have only put 11000k's on it and 90% of that is towing a 50' enclosed car hauler with 2 cars a quad and all the tools, doing about 115km/h i get around 27-30L/100km without the trailer im getting around 17-21L/100km. i have a friend that works for SCT hand they have a new charcoal filter to replace the old one and and with the SCT programmer guys are saving between 8-12L/100km its worth the $1200 if you do 20000km a year in my opinion.

We'll be moving to Ontario in the next couple of months and will be towing a 24 foot car hauler with our furniture. It'll be interesting to see what the mileage will be.

I've got 24k on my truck now and I drove to Morinville yesterday and it was showing 12 litres per 100k. I've never had it below 14 so that was good to see. I'll let you know if it stays there.
