How many of you installed one, and what mods you had to do to the engine to get it to work?

Ive been slowly piecing together a turbo kit for the truck. Still have along ways to go as i probably wont attempt the project till next summer. But there are 2 ways to do either, you can go with a company that puts everything together for you and you just buy and install, or you can build it yourself. Im personally building it myself as it will save money, but then you have to go through the work finding the parts. Your looking at fuel injectors, pump, the turbo or supercharger itself, piping, tuning, guages, and a bunch of other things. And dont forget the beer and pizza for your friends that help smash knuckles with you.

Ordered a procharger kit 9lb kit back in 2003, it came with everything needed to install it. Fuel was managed with an FMU and a inline fuel pump that came with the kit. FMU's are garbage though.
Since then (2005) I have gotten rid of the shitty FMU, installed 42lb injectors, Lightning MAF, redid the crap intake that came with the kit, installed a turboxs bypass valve and obviously got a tune for it. The truck drove way better and gained a lot of power and saw more boost... around 11 instead of 9 pounds. This is due to the intake and new bypass valve.
I know have a new built motor ready to go in. It's built for boost and the truck will be a monster when it's all said and done. Should be going in mid-july.
I'm looking for a PI truck intake manifold and a 8-bolt flexplate and I'm ready to go.
