heres my truck, i know its nothing extensive, but i have fun with it. heres the lo-down my motor hydrolocked, almost 6 months ago, after rebuilding the motor, the tranny went a month ago...now that its also fixed im just doing little mods here and there. btw its a canadian 97 without a spot of rust on or under the body..

Engine bay.... the intake is not a AFE, its a generic kit i peiced togeather... sticker covers a dent i made when fabbing it :)

behind the seat are two ported 10" infinity kappas. powered by an infinity 611A

i know its nothing special, but i have fun with it, when i get out of highschool and start making a decent wage hopefully ill be able to do alot more to it

today i was rather bored, my dad (CanadianRedneck) was putting the engine back in his car, and i decided to pull apart the dash and paint it.... turned out rather good IMO.

yeah im a tinkerer lol. low budget so prolly do some bodywork... maybe a rollpan?

Sounds like something is loose inside the cat. My suggestion, by 2 new hiflow cats for about $140. cut off all 4 old cats, take em to a scrap metal dealer and get about $200 for em. Bye bye rattle..hello better sounding exhaust. If you come to the Milton meet you can see and hear mine. This is prolly one of the few mods where you actually save money on the parts.

I've been eyeing up those headlights for some time now. Did you install them? how hard were they to? I wish you had them aimed right, like to know low/high beam output. any problems with sealing?

i got mine off ebay, they were relativly easy to install, no problems with sealing, i could point mine correctly im just too lazy atm :)

I like your dash idea I have been thinking of painting my dash trims and door trims black to replace the ugly wood panel trim but was a little worrried about long term effects how's it holding up? Did you scuff it with light sandpaper at all or just paint?

P.S. I have looked at Dash Kit's but nothing I like...

Then mine should turn out better since you should have all the bugs worked out of the process. :icon_lol: Actually I just don't have any place I can do that stuff now. My building just finished restoring the parking structure and there is now a ban on doing any kind of repairs or work on your car, except for changing a tire or adding washer fluid, everything and I mean everything else is banned. Funny I always thought this was Canada not 1930's Germany? :)
