Here is a few to start with, tonnes of 6.0L out there, 7.3 a little harder to find. The second one don't say the engine so I assume it gas but worth asking.

get on the ford.ca site and go to Locate a Dealer. type in a city and some names and then search their used vehicle inventory. might luck out.... oops and Welcome...
