Heys guys, i'm new here... drive a 2004 superduty and have a question...

I'm looking at upgrading my rims and rubber, looks like i'm driving on pizza cutters at the moment.

Anyways heres my question... I haven't lifted her yet, and not in the means of doing so at this time, so i was wondering if any of you knew what size rim and rubber i could fit in her stock?

thanks guys

Welcome to FordTough.ca

If you are looking for some great rims, I know Blackstock has some brand new HD superduty rims, I don't know if they are the same bolt pattern but you may want to PM Father Patrick on this

A 285/75/16 fits quite nicely on the stock wheels if your stock size is a 16". That's what I had before the leveling kit. Matter of fact that is what I still have.

I have the same as above too on the F250, 285's look good on stock trucks with no rubbing at all and they don't look stuffed in there on a Super Duty

You have a bit more room, the coils have a little more height then the 04 down with the leafs up front

WTF I was told by Ford I need 4" lift to clear the 35's without cutouts, did the diesels come with different suspensions then the 5.4L Super Duty's mine is an 06. Do you ever get any rubbing when the truck is flexing while moving, going over curbs or into washouts.....

I already have a Level Kit and 4in blocks on the back of the 250

I don't think the suspensions would be different if anything there would actaully be more room because of the lighter 5.4L engine. As for rubbing I just rub alittle on my driver side mud flap because I just have to move it back a bit it is mounted to far forward. other then that no rubbing.
