Ok, on my 08 60th, i just realized.. in every picture i've seen on the net, these trucks come with fog lights, i however.. do not have them.

Could it be that they removed the front foglights/valence when they lifted the truck because foglights would just be in peoples eyes at stoplights and stuff? Or could this be a factory option to not have it included.

Because if they took it off and didn't tell me then i'm pretty pissed and will do everything i can to have them put it on, because it was never mentioned to me when i bought it. But like i say, every single other 60th i've seen has had foglights!

What does your window sticker tell you?
I'm not sure, but the ones I have seen they do all have them on

That could be it. One of my customer had to remove his fog because his truck was to height.

it was a option on the truck,i just figured the 350 cost was worth it in deer country.lol:)

Fog lights are optional equipment on the XLT model and standard on the FX4 and Lariats. When they came out with the 2008 XTR Plus package in the last build of 08's, fog lights were a part of the package. XLT 60th anniversary trucks did not have fog lights as part of the package.

I have a 60th anniversary edition and the fog lights came with my truck, it was not an extra option as far as I know. I do remember when I was buying the truck they had two models, one with a back up camera factory installed- that truck did not have fog lights and one without the camera but came with the lights. The dealer told me that was how they were offered fog lights or back up camera just not both in the same truck.

I opted for the fog lights cause a back up camera can be purchased for $120.00. That's a lot less than fog lights and a new bumper to house them.

the 60th anniversary came with its own paint scheme and interior,the options were fog lamps,rev sensors,backup camera,gearing,tow mirrors,5.5 or 6.5 box,power rear slider,adj pedals.no console shift or leather interior offered.

Guess the two versions my dealer had did not have the option of having both. I thought the 60th was a couple of package versions and that was all. Good thing this forum is here so one can get the right info!
