Looking at getting the raised Harley lettering for the sides of my 08 Harley. I saw a set on Ebay for $100 US per side. Not sure if I like them that much....
Anyone know of where I could get them for cheaper?
Thanks

That's about right as they're about $130CDN, per side, from the dealer

Thanks Truck Pilot. I think I will wait for a while on those.
Hey, I like what you have done with your truck. Have you thought about a black billet gas door cover? I am trying to decide if it would look good on our trucks too..
I want to be careful with what I get for the truck so it doesn'y look too cheesy. When I first got the truck in August I was seriously thinking about getting the chrome mirror covers but eventually realized they would not be good fit for the Harley. I like a more OEM look

Thanks, it is a work in progress, but as for the billet gas door cover...no, I'm leaving that stock.

It's a fine line... adding some custom touches without the cheese factor.
I like chrome but it has to be used sparingly otherwise it looks like crap.
Keep it clean looking. No one likes a truck that looks like it just got the Canadian Tire make-over.

I have the same magnaflow too and love it, you can usually get a used one on ebay or cragislist. I wanted a valid warranty so I got it here. Magnaflow 16616 (http://magnaflow.allexhaust.com/product.php?productid=6350?odc1l=16616). Also some of the forum sponsors usually have a sale going on. Either way its a great exhaust system, sounds great, and very easy to install.

the raised lettering wouldn't look to cheesy because it was a factory option.

Has anyone ever considered using these letters to make another word? Are the letters used on the F150 LIMITED the same? It would be different and have a factory look. Just a thought
