6.0l with turbo back exhaust

Hi there, just wondering if anyone in Ontario is running a turbo back exhaust without convertor and is still passing emission tests? I would like to put a turbo back on, but this is holding me back . Thanks in advance for your help!

I prefer MBRP . I have installed a couple and they sound great.The truck i bought already has a magnaflow on it . It seems to be alittle more tame!
