converts 5x5.5 to the F350 bolt pattern????

I have a great deal on a nice set of rims and tires, but my problem is they come off a F350 8 bolt pattern, is there any adapter that converts 5x5.5 to the F350 bolt pattern????

You want to go to a 8x170 pattern. Never seen that done on a 150. what do the wheels look like?

Check your offset too, that could be an issue!
