thinking about getting a 95 300 4x4 C6 Tranny, please read

its a 95 its got 240,000 kms, heres the info,

1995 FORD F-150 Xl, 240 kms, $1000, Pre-owned, 4X4, 2nd owner, 4.9 liter 4x4, C6 automatic new brakes, leaf springs, radius bushings, altenator. Requires a windshield for safety, could use a box and fenders to be pretty but not for safety, Cab is perfect, no holes.

My worry is that the tranny is original, but guy said is still solid, would it be wise to get the tranny fluid changed once I get it, and still last 2 years, let me know.

first of all it's not a C6 unless he changed it. It's either an E4OD or a 4r70w
