It says in your owners manual, my truck was a certain set of parameters and not to tow for 2000k.

But yours is probably diffrent.

^^^^^^^^^^^YUP.....broke my 05 in that way....280 miles of 120-150 km/h. Not 1 prob when i traded it off at 70,000 km's. my 08 was broke in driving from Grande Prairie to Edm and then 1600 km back to where i live. I didn't baby any part of the truck..eng, tranny or brakes. Now have almost 20,000 km's on her.
