so yesterday the truck dies on me. Kept blowing the Maxi fuse for the fuel pump relay. Tracked that down to a dead short. Tonight take her out for a spin and serpentine belt starts squealing. Check it and it's in need of replacement.

when I got it back from the tranny shop she was throwing up a smoke screen. lol That was because the back 2 oilpan bolts were loose and the PCV valve had been disconnected

If you keep fixing stuff, you'll be out of a job...:icon_razz:..seriously. i hope the breakage stops. but it does sound like normal wear/tear on some of the items. You'll be able to rebuild the truck in your sleep pretty soon.

lol I already can! You don't know my history with this truck. Had it for 11yrs, was originally a 4.9 with an E4OD. Built an 86 3O2 HO and put that and a C6 in her

word of advice never use solid motor mounts unless you want to vibrate all nuts and bolts loose! lol

that's why they're called solid mounts! Problem with them is that the motor vibrations that rubber mounts absorb is transfered to the frame
