Just wondering if anyone knows if my cap (extang cover) will fit my 09 which I have on my 06. I get the truck in a week. Is the width the same ? Thanks

from what ive herd with taunnocovers the box on the 09 is longer so the bedcaps and covers wont work

I have an 09 with a 6.5' box. The soft cover from my 06 was 1 3/8 in to short in length.
So I had to buy a new one. I have an extang tri-fold that I got thru my dealer .I just
found out that there was a weather seal missing. The dealer told me they are having
some problems with the extang covers so they are going to replace it with one from
Ford.
