Hi first time poster, I'm about to purchase a 2009 F150 XLT Super Crew and was wondering what people paid during this Ford Employee Pricing deal they have going. It seems that the dealer won't budge at all with pricing (Although they managed to minus the doc and shipping fees) any ideas?:icon_redface:

I found that with all the insentives if you get 1000 bucks off on top of them you are getting a deal. Most places I went wouldnt move on price at all but one did and I bought the truck !

i think you get more $$ off now but get the higher interest rate... im not sure if you can still get 09's at the 0% rate

LayinHP, I think you're right, I believe it's like 8% or something now.
We paid close to $25,000 for our nearly fully loaded 09 FX4 Luxury package supercab. The only option it was missing was the navigation system (it had the Sony premium Audio system). Off of the MSRP, I believe there was something like $12,000 off from Ford (list price is currently $40,000ish for our truck). Then our dealer gave us a generous trade in ($14,500 for an 06 Dakota Quad Cab SLT Plus w/ the High Output V8, Leather, moonroof, trailer tow package, and some more stuff, can't remember. I think it had 70,000 km on it, one dent in the rear bumper that was now rust, tires that were worn, and a crack in the windshield (though we paid for that). The KBB value for it was like $12,500 in excellent condition)) and a deal on the rustproofing/leather care/paint protection, and I think we got him to take another $1,000 off of that!
I think it all depends on what dealer you go to. Some of them want to get rid of their 09 stock ASAP, whereas others don't really seem to care.
I got the 5 year 0% interest rate , X plan pricing (about 10k off list) , 1k Ford loyalty rebate, 3 months payments paid rebate, 0 money down , no admin , no charge for full tank of gas ...
XTR 4x4 Supercab w/ a few options (trailer tow, rear slider, sony radio, limited slip, 3.73, plus xtr features) - also had stock 18" tires swapped out for Michelin A/T2 which i had on my last 150 , really great tires

X-Plan is only about 4-5k off, you could have got delivery allowance worked in to make it cheaper. as i priced it out last month, and this month it is cheaper to buy with the employee pricing this month and you get an additional 4%.
This is what I have been informed.
"Invoice price" = employee pricing - Employees also get back funded, via income (pay cheque) to subside the actual price of the vehicle.
"Invoice price" + 2% = A-Plan - Direct employee relatives
"Invoice price" + 4% = X-Plan - Parts suppliers, affilates of Ford, and many others
the 10k off was with all discounts applied and rebates added ..
i bought just before the employee plan came into effect - but i got the 0% interest which was worth it as i had to bury 5k back into the payments to cover overkm charges on a prev. lease ..
i don't think they have the 0% with the employee plan right now ..

I just snatched up a supercab 4x2, 6.5' box, XLT with XTR package, 3.55 limited slip, rubber mats, sync. MSRP $37,229 incl delivery.
Got it "on the road" (taxes, admin, registration, etc) all-in with a Line-X liner for $29,400. (that's about $26,017 before tax)
This is a cash deal. No leasing/financing.

The rebates right now are really good but the Ford Credit rate is at 7.99%. If someone has other financing or is paying cash then it is a good time to buy.

I can't believe the rebates right now. I can get a fully loaded FX4 for sub-$40k if I pay cash, vs a sticker of $56k. I've been torn between the F150 and Tundra but an equivalent Tundra runs $53k. I can see paying a couple grand more for the Tundra (sorry, the 5.7 rocks, wish they had the new engine in the F150's this year instead of holding it for next) but $13k more is too much for this guy.

may be more powerfull (5.7) but there terrible on fuel.... most of the import trucks are,,, at work they switched to Nissans..... im likeing the looks but it stops there.... bad on fuel no room inside uncomfortable as hell.
rebates are good now, whens this new diesel hitting the market for the half ton's.... was supposed to be 2010 but its not an option yet

I don't put on alot of miles (and I work for an oil company so get a rebate) so mileage is not a concern for me.....like the saying goes, if you can afford $50k for the truck you don't really have the right to cry poor when it comes time to fuel up....
Latest rumour is the diesel is 2013 at least...it has fallen out of fashion....instead everyone is going hybrid or the eco engine. Next year they are suppose to have a 400 hp 6.2!!!

Awaiting delivery.. but
2WD Supercab, XTR, 5.4, tow pkg, 3.55 limited slip, 20's..
MSRP $38,214 + tax and freight etc.

total bill with tax was $31,000
Almost $14,000 in savings when you add the tax.

Hi first time posting. So I found a 09 XTR DEMO. Still qualified for the family pricing, $6500 delivery rebate and the 6% comission straight to the dealership for selling a F150. Options: 4x4, SuperCrew, SYNC, TOE&GO,Pwr seat, Premium radio. Dealer added a bedliner and soft tonneau. On the road since Nov.08, 12,700 kms......they wanted $36700!!!! Basically nothing discounted since it was a demo and USED!!! I offered $32,500........they said no lowest they would go was $34770 and they would take the tonneau off. That's GREED. Let me know what you think.

Not much of an introduction as this is my first post, but I think your dealer is out to lunch on the pricing. The dealer that I got my FX4 from has a XTR/ chrome 20 inch rims 4x4 with 5.4, slider, tow package new for 32,379 + 299 admin, plus they were going to throw in the bed liner for free. PM me if you want the dealer name and contact.

Welcome to FordTough Ford? and kerplunk
If the dealer is already saying they will remove stuff off the Truck to lower the price then I would tell them to keep it.

Thanks Hogdust! Great site!
My 2 week old FX4 Screw was 49,849 msrp, they gave me 12400 in rebates, free bed liner and $1000 more than anyone else would give me for my Wife's Focus on trade. Total before trade was 37,449. Love the truck!

Are you saying that if and when they offer 0% again for lets say the 2010's and you get someone to give you their A plan # you get both discounts? That would be a hell of a savings but, does it work that way??? If that's the case I'll be waiting for that as well.

As far as I understand it A plan is only for employees of Ford and imidiate family members.
If you work for a company that partners with Ford, or own Ford stock, you can get an X Plan pin.
with x plan anyway - you get all discounts , rebates, and interest rates offers on top of x plan pricing .
i was told that many ford and ford dealership employees no longer are eligible for A plan or that the whole thing has changed someway

Yesterday I got a 2009 f150 XLT supercab 4x4. It is the 4.6 3valve. Comes with Traction control and trailer sway option, Riewview camera, dimming mirrors, running boards, L/S 3.73 axel, nsync, satellite radio and the 17's. Sticker was $40,400. They gave $13,000 insentives = $27,400 with $0 down. I got 10g's trade in on my 06 xl 4x2 w/70,000km. Walked away owing $18,900 after fees and taxes. I love this truck compared to my 06. Way more response and great feel. makes me smile just to look at it. It'll be paid off in 5 years, same month as the warranty expires. Just wanted to share it
