Oil change

ok, time for my first oil change on the truck.

5.4l v8 4x4. 2008

how much oil am i gonna need? i cant find my owners manWEL. so i figure maybe shelby or someone will know. And which filter it is? i know i could ask at partsource but when i did my last oil change on my chevy, i was short because the retard gave me the wrong amount.

And lastly is there anything i need to watchout for/tips.

I believe it's the FL820..something like that. I get 7 litres of oil for my 5.4 and have 1/2 litre left.
