I fit 34x10.5" swampers on my 02 with 3" bodylift and 2" suspension (keys and blocks). I know of another guy who fit 33x12.5 with just the 2" suspension.

Can't remember the formula for converting tires sizes but I'm sure those are 33s. You should be able to get away with 35s if you don't go crazy with the width.

3" body lift, crank the bars and a add a block in the rear. you can fit a 35x13.5x17.

what about bodylifts and your recever hitches?I tow a camper with mine, a bodylift would leave the hitch with a gap, what do you guys do with it?thx again.

I have a 3" body lift and was running 35x12.50 no problems. I am now running 33's just to save some money in gas, as im driving constantly in the city..

The body lift comes with a bumper relocation bracket, so it raises it up to match the body, but once you do that you can no longer tow with the bumper. The gap between your bumper and trailer hitch will just be 3" bigger, it doesn't move or affect your trailer hitch as it is attached to your frame and a body lift just lifts the body off the frame.

ya but as far as looks go,I wouldn't think a 3" gap would look all that good. I wonder if gap guards would fill that area in?

I was running Yokohama Geolandar M/T+ Tires LT315/75R16 It looked a little tight, mean and I didnt have any problems.

I know it's an Expedition, but if you are worried about how the hitch looks, here's a pic of the back of mine. Should look about the same on an F150. I've got the same setup. ( 3 inch BL, 2 inch spacers, and TT with 35's) Doesn't look bad, just looks like you lifted your truck.
