My 3 inch body lift came in and is sitting at the auto accessories place in town right now. Should be going on (under) in the next week or 2!!! Gonna be awesome. I'll post pics when it's done. Any of you other guys have BL on your Expy's. I had one on my Explorer, but I sold it. (Regrettfully). I also have the TT and 2 inch spacers on right now, so the total will be about 5 inches when it's all done.
Just have to decide on 33's or 35's for tires after. If any of you have pics with a similar setup, please post a pic of your Expy, or F-150 and let me know what size tires you are running. I'd like to see before I make my descision. I'm leaning to the 35's (or whatever 305/75/16 or whatever the closest size is) I just have 265/75's right now. So they'll probably look pretty teeny.

I had the same setup on my 02 150 with 34x10.5 Swampers. Ran 31s in the winter and they didn't look too bad. I'll post a pic later. Are you installing the BL yourself? I did mine, it's not too bad.

No, I'm going with an installer. Prime Auto in Taber here. Super guys. They do a lot of lifts and audio, and remote starters and pretty much everything truck related around my town. I've got pretty bad spinal arthritis, so being bent over or under something for long periods of time in the cold kills me. I'm only 38 years old but sometimes I fell 88 lol.
Besides I hardly ever get 2 days of from work in a row to work on it ( machine operator at Frito-Lay) so I'll leave the big stuff to the pros!!! The world must have it's potato chips!!!
But it would be cool to see yours with 31's cuz that's what I'm running right now.

Thanks. The tires do look a little on the small side. But on the other hand they make a 5 inch lift look huge!!!

That would be cool. It's nice to see the different stages. I'm still waiting to install my BL but have really been looking at tires. 305/75/16's would be great but I'm having trouble finding them. Must be an uncommon size. The more common is a 305 in a 70 series, but that works out to about an inch shorter. The 315 scares me a little because my AR Baja rims are only 8 inches wide and have not much back spacing. (They are 4.5") I'm gonna keep looking but I may just end up going with the 33". A smaller tire makes lift look bigger sometimes. More space between the tire and wheelwell.
Also, if I were to buy new rims, and wanted them to kind of stick out a little more like the picture of my Explorer in the pic in my sig, is it the lower the backspacing amount, the more they stick out. Right? My Explorer's are also AR Baja's but I believe and they were 3.75" backspaced and stuck way out.

Holy Jeebus!!! Looking on fleabay, everything for rims is offset now instead of backspacing!!! Just when I got things figured out or so I thought. So do you know what offset and backspacing are you running on yours in your sig pic SKRWZ? I see that they are 10 inches wide That's the look I'm going for. I looked through your gallery a little bit. You have a awesome truck!!!

Backspacing and off set are two different things that get's get confused easily, I am running 17x10" rims with a 4.5" backspacing and a -25 offset
Here's a little explanation of offset vs backspacing http://www.customtacos.com/tech/index.php?article=40 (http://www.customtacos.com/tech/index.php?article=40)

Thanks. Great link. Coupling that with the link you added in the 'sticky' in the Tires and Rims area of the forum where you can just enter the offset and the diagram changes is helping alot. I'll get it figured out yet.
Neg. offset, and lowish backspacing and 10 inch rims are probably the way to go though!!! . Or I can keep my rims and go with some 1.5" spacers, but they don't really sound too appealing right now. Anyone here have experience with spacers? Trusted brands?
Thanks for your help!!!
