Thanks Viper guy.No problem brother! Just 1 question? Obviously you had that ford emblem on your dash hand made...... how much did it cost and where can you get it done? I like the little things versus the big things that make a truck stand out and make it more personal. :icon_cool:

One of my kid's made that emblem on a CNC machine at school (BCIT) in the first year of his mechanical engineering studies. He only made two and gave me one for my new (to me) Super Duty. Very cool. Now I'm going to keep him in my will! It's priceless!

It was kind of an ironic story, as when he was in kindergarten, he made me a a cutout of the earth that says "I love my world". So I taped it to the dash of my '80 Ford that very day. I figured it could be a good luck thing. I still have that truck, have restored/rebuilt it and that picture still hangs off the dash 15 years later. The old truck has never let me down either and I drive it everywhere...450k on it and still going strong. Pics of "Lone Wolf" in My Album: ttp://www.fordtough.ca/forums/album.php?u=2131

When he made that new aluminum emblem, I was going to put it on my toolbox, but decided I'd better attach it to my new dash and keep a good thing going...if you now what I mean.

I think I'll wait 'til spring and get some "outdoor" pics...seems to be the key for a successful win. Thanks man.
