Need help

i have a 2003 f150 with a 3 inch body and 5 inch suspension lift riding on 37s. i changed the gears to 456. i had them in for about two weeks and the front diff cracks right on the axle tube right where it bolts on to the shell of the diff so i got another one put it on and the same thing happen about a month after fixing it. i don't know if there's to much movement or what but this is drive me crazy and i really want to get this fix. please help thanks

how bout posting some pics, I can't really tell if the extention tube cracked or the pumpkin. do you have binding??? maybe not same gearing front to back? is it the 8.8?

ill try to get pics on asap. it is the tube and no binding. ya its the 8.8 and they should be the same. they have the same amount of teeth
