Ranger got its first real scar

Well I had a fun weekend, coming home on boxing day about 8 pm amd as I reach the city limits I see this idiot two truck driver park across the highway attemptiing to pull a car out of the ditch I see at the last moment that he has his cable out to pull the car. No flares or anything. The up shot is I hit the binders and come to a stop with the cable touching the front fender by the light. I back up and pull around him to check the damage. Theres a little scratch on the fender flare a little more on the front clip and a scratch on the bottom on fender. I'm sitting there trying to decide if its worth the hassle of dealing with the insurance when the cops pull up and start writing him up. I dedcided it's something I can take care of myself and it wouldn't be worth the risk of possibly having to pay the deductible and the hassle of dealing with the cops, so I didnt bother with a claim. Merry freakin xmas to me eh! I sure hope this idiot winds up losing his job over this.

his stupidity could have hurt you, your daughter and him, and possibly if anyone was in the car he was retrieving. good thing no one behind you. they might not have reacted as fast as you. Better buy a lotto ticket
