Should I?

I was looking for KMC rims for the Ranger when I saw this blacked out F-150 with the rims I wanted. And I have just totally fallen in love with this truck. And now I want one...

The stance of the bigger truck, the look of big rims and tires, the fuel capacity and the bling factor are all playing around in my head right now.

I just bought my '08 Ranger FX4 like 6 months ago, has 22 000km on her and on trader she could be sold for around 18g's. Should I try to get rid of the Ranger to get the big brother?

Nothing new, like an 06 4x4 super/crew cab with around 70 000km. Would be costing me about the same as what I'd be making on the ranger, may even make a bit of money...

Honestly I am hyper as hell right now lol But this is serious. Keep in mind I'm just turning 20 in a month...

So what do ya think?

I wouldnt be spending any money on the 150, it would be a trade for trade.

if you dont actually need the extra payload the f150 offers you'll probably regret it down the road, unless you have lots of disposable income of course.

i want a bigger truck but i'm waiting a few years till i'm done college and the house i'm going to buy this summer makes me lots of money when things come around for the economy. buy a house now and get a free superduty in a few years from the sale!

The disposable income might be on my side in a month or so. Either getting a job with Hydro One or Waste Management... hopefully. My first plan if I got one of those jobs was to get a 2.2 cobalt for 12g, rebuild the engine and turbo ~4500$ AND keep the truck. I might as well go to bed, pull my 11h shift tomorrow and think about it when I'm not as hyper haha

I work with a guy that traded his Ranger in on a 2009 F 150 he claims is cheaper on fuel than the Ranger

But LayinHP said it best
