new toy w/bigblock power

I missed out on a Bronco....................
Today I bought a 1996 F250 XLT 7.5 EFI 5spdZF 2wd. cool part is:
its a crewcab shortbed

265,000km and was in BC until 2005.
needs some bodywork but decent for original paint and in Ontario.

the advert wasn't very clear and I was afraid it might be a 97 light duty with a 4.6 but I was presently surprized and went right home for the trailer. I will be removing the mint front bumper and the factory alloy wheels, and prepping it for this winter. Its in the shop tonite drying out, i'll put some pics in my gallery tommorrow.

a busy day, good deal, no post purchase let down

VERY nice collection you have there!

Just a question: what happens if a dodge or chevy inadvertently drives onto your property? Evaporates? Large hole in the back 40? Aliens come down & scoop it up?
Just wonderin..

Anything diesel powered is allowed in.

But They have to wear a diaper.

Actually I have a 96 Honda civic that my dad gave me, because it couldn't pass etest. I can't make it pass without a $700 cat either so a guy in Northbay was looking at buying it, now we are discussing a trade for a 1986 GM S10 that he drove up from AZ and now has a blown engine. only reason I'm considering it is that an 86 needs no etest!

I've owned Fords, VW, Mercedes, GMC, Pontiac, chrysler. I still have a couple Ladas left(they are parting out nicely).

I pretty well stick to Fords but dabble in others for short term.

My Grampa worked for THE MAN back in the 1920s and actually talked to him once. cool family history stuff eh?
