Yeah, but it's a dry cold.

If Princess Auto were a real girl, I'd ask her to marry me.

Only minus 20 deg C w/o the windchill. However, up to 30 cm of snow is expected thru Sunday. Already got about 50 cm in the past four or five days. Glad to have a 4x4 with studded winter tires to handle it all....and an electric snowblower to clean up my driveway.

The snow in Edmonton is a bit of pig this year. I've been getting quite a workout shovelling this last week and a half ... then again, I need it.

Next I need to do something about the ice dam on my roof. The only thing I like better than roofs and extension ladders is roofs, ladders AND FREEZING COLD. On the bright side, if I fall off, I'll probably land in a 5-foot snow drift. If I'm lucky, I'll go head first and suffocate, or get knocked out cold and die of hypothermia. They say you feel all warm and cozy, just before you fall asleep forever. Mmmmmm ...
