Plastic Molding

How can I remove scuffs in the plastic mouldings inside the truck? Has anyone used the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers with any success, or are they there for good?

I can clean the dirt off, but the scuff remains.

Any ideas?

any pic's, are they on the surface scuffs, or into the plastic scuffs ???
you can also try wd-40 with some elbow grease and scrub pad !!

If its a small scratch. ? (pics)

I might try a heat gun to heat it up a bit to reflow the plastic. Not too much or you will burn it. It might get really shinny and discolor.

May need a combination of superfine sand paper to semi smooth it out and then heat gun to reflow to really smoothen it.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the elusive "yellow mountain", and cannot post pictures yet. Very frustrating.

I'll try the scrubber and some WD40 or other cleaner in an inconspicuous place. These are not deep gouges, so I may be ok.

Load them into your fordtough.ca album with your others and someone will make sure they get posted.

As Mike said 1 of the admin or a mod will move them for you all you have to do is ask for a little help.
