Leaf Blower

Does anyone use a leaf blower to dry their truck after washing? I have heard that it is great, and can get all over the truck, including all the nooks and crannies.

Sounds like an idea to investigate. Anyone have an opinion?

Can't say, on the leaf blower. Curious though.

I use microfibre clothes to wipe down my truck after it's washed. Just wipe, wring it out and repeat until it's done. They work awesome, leaving the vehicle dry and spot free. I started using them on my stainless running boards cuz they are bad for getting water spots, then I tried it on the rest of the body, bumpers and even the aluminum wheels. Now it's just part of the job.

I use a shop vac ... the port that blows . put the narrow attachment on . I a micro fiber cloth with this
gets the water out of tight spots . Works really good on my rims . I have very little shade here so this helps to dry the truck quickly and a lot less water spots to deal with . This is all I this vac for so before you do try this make sure the vac is empty and clean .

Compressor with a blower attachment works great on the hard to get areas that have a tendency to hold up water...mirrors, moldings etc.
