7.3, 6.0 or 6.4?

Hey, Im looking for a 250 and I am looking for more opinions of the different engines. Everyone I talk to raves about the 7.3 and the 99.5 to 01 model looks great. I havnt heard much about the 6.4, and I havnt heard many nice comments about the 6.0, just wondering what your guys opinions are.
Thanks

I would have to agree on the 7.3.I have 310k on mine and it still runs great. They run a 6.0 and a 6.4 at the place i work and they have been a real pain. And welcome to the site.

Thanks guys, for me a 7.3 can pull what I need and the reliability problems with the 6.4 and 6.0 are keeping me away from those.
With the current prices for diesel I dont know what Im going to do. They should settle back down to below mogas but you never know. Maybe I will hold off a little longer and see how things turn out.

Not sure what's in the 2007 F550? But it's pretty underpowered for a Huge V8 Turbocharged Diesel! .... And uses Coolant.

2008 6.4's are supose to be alot better I heard?
