• Gains of up to 35 HP and 50 Ft Torque
• Sleek Design Stays with the Vehicle as a State-of-the-Art Display
• Programs in minutes
• Ships with a Custom Designed Mounting Pod
• USB Updateable over the Internet
• Change Speed, Rev Limiters, Adjust Tire Size and Gear Ratio
• Display and Clear DTC Codes
• Improved Fuel Economy*
• Adjustable Color Screen

Not just the best, but the best looking programmer now available. Simple to install, this ultra-modern device is designed from the ground up to compliment your truck. The Evolution Programmer delivers substantial power gains, provides display technology and is shipped with a custom pod to look factory installed.

When used in its programmer mode, the Edge Evolutions provides 3 power levels (transmission only, tow and performance) designed to extract the most performance from the fuel you are using. With gains up to 35 HP and 50 ft. lbs. of torque, you will feel like you put a new engine in your truck.

The Evolution also provides a special mileage tune designed to extract maximum performance from low-octane fuel. Going from one power level to another has never been easier - the Evolution programs in under 20 seconds. You can also calibrate for different tire sizes and gear rations, and change speed and rev limiters. When used as a scan tool, the Edge Evolution allows the user to check and clear diagnostic trouble codes with simple, clear text descriptions of the error.

Your Evolution monitor allows you to monitor the performance of your engine’s vital engine components and output values. The following parameters can be displayed on the main Evolution screen (maximum 4 at one time):
• Engine Coolant Temp
• Engine Oil Temp
• Transmission Fluid Temp
• Cylinder Head Temp
• Air Intake Temp
• Line Pressure Control Desired
• Fuel Rail Pressure
• Output Shaft Speed
• Turbine Shaft Speed
• Manifold Air Flow
• Manifold Air Flow Sensor Voltage
• Variable Cam Timing Actual Advance
• Spark Advance
• Torque fuel/spark Limiting Status
• Fuel Economy
• Engine Load
• Accelerator Pedal Position
• Battery Voltage

That Evolution can sound an alert when certain engine parameter levels are met. The following alerts are available:
• Spark
• Engine Oil Temp
• Engine Coolant Temp
• Transmission Fluid Temp
• Cylinder Head Temperature

Keep track of your performance by recording maximum/minimum for a variety of parameters including:
• Max Engine Temp
• 0-60 times
• Ό mile times
• Max RPM
• Max Speed
• Engine Coolant Temp
• Engine Oil Temp
• Transmission Fuel Temp
• Cylinder Head Temp
• Air Intake Temp

Custom Options:
• Customized Shifting
• Adjustable Speed and Rev Limiters
• Speedometer Correction
• WOT Fuel Adjustments
• Adjustable Backlit Color
• Adjustable Idle

this is from Edge's website. if you've got any intake mods planned, i would suggest looking into the gryphon, which is basically an edge that can be tuned for your vehicle. if you want to check them out go here. www.powerhungryperformance.com i have the gryphon and love it. better shifting and a noticeable power increase. also they can take away that dreaded pedal lag. you know when you step on the gas and there's a little delay?

i have the edge programmer in my truck,it's great you can monitor eng/trans perameters that don't have guages(handy when towing)like trans temp, eng load, milage etc.

a moments silence for the shelbyx,i hope her new owner enjoys as much.

I have the Gryphon, it has been calibrated/tuned for the mods on my truck and the difference is very noticeable.

We sold one for a 5.4 and 6.4 and they both F**K the trucks. The F150 is miss firing and the SD has well. Edge is saying it's the truck end problem but...The dealership said no...SO!!!!!!! Other than those two problem it's a great product...My friends has them in a Duramax and Cummings and work great.

We currently sell Diablo Programmers and we have one in our 6.0L Chevy and works awsome!

i just got mine the other day, it does work well, makes the tranny shift alot quicker, and there is noticable power gains, but i dont know if it was the programer,, or just a random occourance,, but my overdrive ring or whatever started slipping, so now its getting a re-build on the transmission,

I'm new to Ford Tough and am finding it to be a wealth of info. Just stepped into a 2006 150 ext/cab XLT after 15 years in an 87 150 XLT Lariat. I'm interested in the Edge Evo but from what I'm reading here and elsewhere, it certainly looks like a true case of buyer beware. Great if you don't have pre-existing issues but look out if you do because the Edge seems to aggravate them. Makes it a difficult decision for me when I don't know the previous history of my new ride.

Interestingly, I was in an Action Van & Truck yesterday and they had received an email from senior management instructing them not to sell the Edge Evolution to Ford owners.

No reason given, just don't sell it.
