Hello fellow members, My ford truck is a 1978 F-100 short bed 2 wheel drive
I bought this truck in Yellowknife Northwest Territories, right from the showroom at Frame & Perkins Ford. It has two tone paint(Dark jade and Whimbleton white) 351- 4spd. Factory white spoke wheels.- Factory satin black rear-view mirrors.-Factory 14" 3 spoke steering wheel. I need to restore the steering wheel covering, in 30 years of driving my hand has worn the rubber like cover right to the steel. Any idea's???
*Note in this photo the green color is caymen green, soon to be restored to the original Dark jade ( the visor is not stock, but I like it)

Hi Gerry.Welcome to the site.Sounds like a sweet truck you have there. You'll have to post some pics.As for the steering wheel, you could go with the covers you can buy at CT,try to find one in a wrecking yard or try an after market wheel thats close to it.
