torque converter issue?

i have a 2007 f150 5.4L. when i'm driving around 90km/h and let off the gas and then get back on it again, there seems to be a bit of a vibration in the transmission i think. i've had a couple mechanics look at it and i've been told its most likely the torque converter clutch.? is this the beginning of a bad problem? or is it just something ill have to live with? it was suggested to me to get the tranny flushed and refilled with brand new fluid. will this help/resolve the issue?

It can help. No guarantee though. New oil has never hurt anything mechanical.
