shift kit

Any one out there have a shift kit? I have a 2000 4x4 5.4 and want a firm shift to replace the lazy stock shift.

i put the transgo in my 05. i found the 2-3 i bit much, so i tamed it down a bit with some careful drill bit selection.

Transgo here. Sonax valve body is also an option. You can install the valve body without dropping the tranny.
