Tropical Storm Arthur
Tropical Storm Arthur has moved on, but has left quite a mess behind.
NB Power is trying to restore power to 125,000 customers, NS Power is in a similar situation.
I was lucky, didn't lose power or any trees, just a few small branches. My brother in law lost a huge tree that landed on the front of his Nissan and pulled his power mast from his house. If you look closely, you can see another tree across the road 2 doors up the street. As of this morning, no cleanup/repair crews have shown up yet. They are overwhelmed with calls is my guess.

Some random pictures from around Saint John and Fredericton
Free Trampoline??

Mustang for sale. Freshly cleaned inside and out

Cart Corral

King Square in Saint John

Typical neighbourhood this morning

Holy crap, that's a lot of damage, glad to hear everyone close to you is OK, structural damage and trees can be replaced easy enough.
I can imagine NB Power crews are pretty busy, most popular guy in the neighbourhood will be the guy with the chainsaw.
The trampoline and cart corral are pretty funny though, I can see high winds picking them up and moving them somewhere else. lol
Not so funny for the guy's car it landed on though, but insurance should take care of it.
