I just had it installed last friday. The install was free and took about 6 hours.
The tv service is IPTV and the STBs are fed with cat5 instead of coaxial. I was told that in early 2011 they will be rolling out Microsoft Mediaroom. This is going to sweet. Internet speeds are crazy!!!
Its hard to believe what is being transferred through that small fibre-optic cable.

Bell Aliant has done FibreOp 2.0 upgrade. Free of charge. The set top boxes now run with Mediaroom, which includes whole home PVR. Internet upgraded to 30 Mbps up and 30 Mbps down, all for the same price. Great deal for anyone in NB.
