I took the front plate off my truck last year...(keep it in the holder behind the seat). I know it's risky but I too love the look without it .

Yah, there'a a lot of front ends that get screwed (no pun intended) by that front plate law - my '06 Mustang comes to mind right away.

You could always roll the dice and keep it off, but it's like a blank cheque to get pulled over.

No real nice way to do it...put it behind the lower valance and it's not visible enough, can't really tie wrap it to the front grille because that looks even worse.

Thanx guy's
Yes, I think I will roll the dice, for a while.
I saw in a Street Rod site, a bracket that flip's down when the truck is running, and flip's up when parked. I'm going to look into it.

Dave; I'm thinking about projector lights. I've just got some Blue Dots for the rear. The wife told me NOT to buy any more stuff for my truck until after Xmas.

projector lights are the ugliest light you can put on that model truck, just a heads up.
obviously your going for the lightning look with the front valence. so do the lightning headlights with clear corners.

Really? Its the Internet take it easy.

I had the truck painted in August with a new bumper cover. Didn't put the plate on for the same reason. 2 weeks ago I got pulled over for ...you guessed it.

2001 F350 CC SWB 6spd....currently getting a complete 'makeover'. Stay tuned.
