Got a cluster with tach from ebay(speedometer in mph) but couldn't get it reprogrammed for the pats on my truck. Don't know what the problem was, so its still sitting in my shed out back.

speedometer in Miles

I just bought a US ttruck and plant to use the dash pannel out of my old 1990 F150, but I thought you could reprogram the puter chip to allow for different tires and gear sets.

Hey, if you forget to take the program out of your truck and return it to stock would this interfere with the dealers ability to program a new cluster? Any ideas?

Unfortunately with the 2000 the pats chip is in the gauge cluster and has to be reprogrammed so your keys will work.
