Pictures Wanted - Defrost Switch

I'm installing a set of Muthco heated signal mirrors in my '09 Ranger and would like to see a photo/get a description of where/what type of switch is used on a truck with factory heated mirrors.
The switch sent with the kit is on/off, I'm definitely thinking a momentary contact switch just to get the system going. I'm hoping if I can find a picture of a decent looking factory switch, maybe I can use one for my install.

I added heated mirrors to my 99.5 F250 and used a '93 Explorer rear defrost switch. This switch is nice because it has a built-in 10 minute timer: the part # is F3TZ-18C62-1B. It looked original (it was from Ford), it lit up when on, and it shut off automatically. You could try the wreckers or order new. Try to get the plug on for the back of it if you can for a cleaner install. I have heard that ford doubled the $65 price I paid several years ago, they must have figured out what guys are doing with them
