DIY HD Lights

Well heres my tools



Set the oven,



and wait ten min



Start with a corner



End result


Tape



Sanding and painting will be tomorrow. :-D

my poor headlights lol,should look good ,cant def beat the price compaired to hd lights,i will post a pic to compaire

04 f150 extra cab,harley headl & tail lights,8000k hid kit,fx2 grill,recon smoked 3rd brake light ,tinted front windows,2.5 autospring front level kit,black powdercoated billet fuel door,hardwired garmin nuvi 250w,k&n drop in filter

Great post with the pictures. A little bit more of a explanation of whats being done would be great!
Then im sure one of the Mods could make this a sticky.


Mods to Date.
3"AF1 cold air intake.<-> Xcal 3 Troyer Performance tuned.[
2" Auto spring Leveling Kit.<-> Edge Evolution running stock.

Bilstien 5100's Front & Rear.

just showing some pics ;I'll make a new post for a sticky.

I've been super busy the last couple of days so I wasn't able to post yesterday but heres the results...

And my batteries ran out for my camera so I'll have to take some pics of the front end later.


put them on some cardboard



Gave them a light dusting



Srayed the bulb covers



sprayed the liner



signal lens installed



Bulb covers installed

nice job ,prob cant tell the difference between real and those ,i was going to tell u to paintthe little piece that goes infront of the headlight bulb but u did that ,looks good

WOW! What a difference. They look great. Very nice job. What kind of paint did you use.

PS I can tell your not married, cuz my wife would kick my ass for spraying something in the house and on the carpet!

Once again very nice job. Cant wait to see them in your truck!

Actually I am married The carpet in my computer room is crap and needs to be replaced soon.

I'd have thought she'd be more upset with putting them in the oven than getting paint on the rug

is all good.. if you marry a truck guy.. you expect these things.... last winter i had my 39.5" boggers in the house for a week.. one in the dining room, two in spare bedroom, one downstairs...man she puts up with alot...sounds liek ya got a good one bud...
