No serious help for you Glen, I'm guessing you've probably done the basic troubleshooting with connections, nicked or cut wiring etc.

Now, if you wanted to know where to get live streaming of sports events..... I could fix you up.

First thing...make sure bulbs aren't burnt out on the high beam element. I've seen this three times, that I can remember, where a guy comes over over cuz no high beams. Then I start troubleshooting and find both high beam elements broken. I think what happens (sometimes) is, when one bulb burns out, it overloads the other, and it pops too! I changed both bulbs in those cases and that's it. Something to try anyway. Good luck Glen.

What happens when you bring the lever toward you instead?

+1 ^

if flash to pass still works the bulbs are good

owner's manual might tell you if there's a relay in the relay / fuse box under the hood for the H beams

do you still get a "click" from the high beam switch ?

if not and flash to pass dosen't work either then there might , might be a link in the steering cllm that's poped out/off

my 80's dodges had a metal link bar in the steering cllm - it ran between a "paddle" on the stalk and a "paddle" on the high beam switch which was actually at the bottom end of the steering collum

the only thing that held the link rod in place was a dimple in each "paddle"

IF you find a simular problem a little dab of silicone on each end of the link rod usually kept it from droping out of place again later for me

When I try ftp light comes on in dash but nothing else happens. truck in for lower ball joints today so will pull headlights when I get it back and check bulbs. Have extra set so will see what happens.

Well here is the latest on my headlight problem. Checked fuses, changed out headlight bulbs. Still no high beams. Light in dash does not come on now either.
High beam relay clicks so I am assuming it is ok. Push mfs forward for high beams and it goes from low beams to drl. No ftp. Thinking mfs. Any thoughts?

I think the relay is integral to the DRL module, maybe source one from a scrapyard and try swapping it .
