Time For New Shocks

Well i think its about time for me to put in some new shocks in the back of the truck. But i have a question about which ones. I was told by one of the local shops about the rancho 9000xl's and then i saw the rancho pro series shocks in the book. Ideally i would like to get a shock with a remote resevoir. Now i dont really need shocks like this, but its more of a want. I do do a little bit of offroading, but nothing crazy, tow around a 3atv trailer with a box loaded with camping gear, basically treat the truck like a truck. I dont have any lift besides the 2" leveling kit in the front, so i was wondering if these shocks will work? or if anyone else has some reccomendations for something that will give me good performance, plus some extra looks.

I was looking for something more along the lines of these ones.

I know i dont need anything this extreme but ive always loved the look and im sure the performance will still help out. They have a listing for the 04 f150 but its with one of their lift kits.
