Its usually a good idea, if you get a flat on the front you can get away with a regular sized tire for a few days so you can get the other one fixed, however if you have a L.S rear diff your s.o.l. because 2 diffrent sized tires will destroy the diff. Or you could just get it towed to a shop to have your tire repaired.
