Wiring nightmare !!!!

Ok this is the low down. Lets just start with wirring is not my fortay and iam sure I messed some wirring up along the way pervious too the problem iam gunna post

I changed the left bank Uvs gasket and external plug had a issue with the 110 volt wires matching the aftermarket Iam going too re wire this. But she ran fine then all of a sudden iam drivin along and wait to strt light comes on as truck loses power. But runs really rough let off the throttle she stops good too go also feels likes the clutch pops out but it's not it jut jerks and hops hard like it does

It also will "power surge " in idle the truck almost dies out then runs normal and if I let it idle Long enough it does that but soon as I engage the clutch and start too drive it dies .... This makes no sense what sensor is doing this. Solonoid I have no clue where too start ...

Air filter or fuel filter? Fuel pressure? Not everything is noticed by the ECM.
