Smile engine light came on

i have a 1997 f150 with a 4.2 engine light came on and we put computer on it and says lean in both banks sides my o2 semsors were changed this winter mecanic told me its probably a vaccum leak when i am in gear at a drive trought and in gear i have a lot of vibration on the steering and when i put in neutral it goes away

Yep sounds like a vac leak. I recently had one, it was on that little rubber elbow just below the throttlebody, damn part cost me $24 since its a dealer item only. I'd take a close look at all of your vac. lines. Simple way to check is with the motor running spray some throttlebody cleaner on them, if the idle gets rough when you spray you've found the leak.

we are going to put a smoke machine on it within a few days i hope to see where it is leaking hoping wont be to long to find it

hi i went and checked at the same place as you and bingo the same problem but we just used a spark plug rubber cap it does the same job cost me nothing but my time
