A week with the new truck

Well Fellas
Had the truck for a week, and not bad. Paid to get the plugs changed (332$ at St Thomas Ford). Damn they were gummed. Would have did it myself, but just too damn busy and too hot. Next time in 3-5 yrs will do it myself. 120$ for the trans flush/filter. Changed out the fuel filter/transfer case/oil. That only took about 45 mins or so, in the heat. Both Ford and Mister Trans mission looked it over. Spoke to the OOer. He also changed the oil every 3-5000ks. Only missed the plug change and trans fluid change.
The only thing I have to keep on the place I bought it at is the door lock actuator. Giving him until Mon then parking out infront with a I bought this sign. You all know the rest.
My wife is happy now. No more old rust bucket if she's with me.
Thanks again Grant for the unbias help. Will post pictures.
Dave
No I have no taken off the cap. Wife is starting to like it.

Thanks, for posting for me. having upload problems
The bottom of the doors have been replaced, with metal though. A lil wavy a the door bottoms but not bad. A few scatches here and there, but will buff down some. For a 11 year old truck what do you get, have seen newer ones rusted out. Getting the door actuater fixed by seller, just have to get the tail gate lock to work better, and buy a new set of cap lock handles.
The only other lil stuff is buffing the rims, a lil steam cleaning to my standard, and buff job. Wife enjoys the big couch feel, a lot different from the old Aero. Daughters not to keen, cannot recline. But they are gone to college this year, so who cares. My poor dears. Grand daughter loves the Im a big girl seating.
Hope to get down to Spata one Fri.
