Differental Ring Gear size

I have a 2002 F 150 4X4 7700 series. It has the B6 axle code on the door (3.73 limited slip) differental. I'm trying to find out what the ring gear size is to order a new cover. The tag on the axle is to rusted to see the numbers
Anyone have an idea if its the 9.75 or 10.25 inch.

Thanks

It's probably something easy like count the bolts in the diff cover but I've been wrong before.

My 05 had the 7 lug wheel option (which i assume you have being it's a 7700) and mine had the 10.25"..but mine also had the 4.10 gears which i thought were all that was available with the 10.25 in the heavy half...so i can't help much. The 9.75 has 12 bolts on the diff cover. You might have to pull up a pic of both and look which is similar to yours.

I believe the 9.75/10.25 has the some cover. I was looking at a extra large cover and it the some number for both.
