transfer case

i am having all the bearings and seals changed in it next week its a 4406 manual shift it will be the original transfer case we will put it backin my truck after

does anyone know how long it takes to replace bearings and seals

oh well next week we are going to rebuild my transfer case with all new bearings and seals and a new chain to at 242000kl it must be pretty tired chain chain was 131.00 plus tax bearings and seals 123.41plus tax plus labour

well we finnaly opened transfercase and we got one major shock oil pump was broken so no oil was being pumed and the shaft that oil pump goes on is all scored from oil pump seized on shaft so now we need a new oil pump and we are going to use the shaft from my other transfercase

You should take some pics while your in there. Mine has 250000km on it so I'm curious to see how big of a job it is.

i had my transfer case all done its working fine now i would sugest u get someone that knows what to do because its a little complicated to do
